    Chain Letters features 28 poems by Morningside students. The wrap transforms an everyday fence into a colorful art installation that greets commuters on NE 4th Court adjacent to the school. The poems appear in four languages (English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, and French).

    Set in 2050, the Deering Estate has been converted into a residential complex made up of tenants who have been displaced from different parts of the world due to climate change. “Guests” will meet the residents who are adapting to a new world and living alternatively.
